Terms & Conditions
The terms of working with Santino Media, written in plain English, like everything else we do.
Last updated: October 2026
About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your engagement of Santino Media (“we”, “us”) to plan, build, and manage paid advertising for your construction, trades or home improvement business on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. By engaging our services, requesting a strategy call, approving a campaign, or making any payment, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide paid advertising management tailored to builders, roofers, plumbers, electricians and renovation firms, including account and funnel audits, campaign architecture and build, creative and copy, lead qualification, conversion tracking, ongoing optimization, and transparent monthly reporting.
We work month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month, and fees for the current month remain due.
Fees, budgets & payment
Our management fee or commission is as agreed in writing with you before work begins. Advertising budgets are paid either directly by you to the advertising platforms (Meta, Google) or through us, as agreed in your service proposal.
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. We may pause campaign activity where invoices remain unpaid, to protect your accounts and our work.
Non-refundable payments
All payments made to Santino Media, and all advertising budgets we place on your behalf, are strictly non-refundable. In particular:
Advertising spend placed with or committed to paid advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — cannot be recovered by us once it has been deployed to those platforms.
Our management fees and commissions are non-refundable, as they cover strategy, creative, campaign build, and optimization work already performed.
Campaign performance, a change of mind, or early cancellation does not qualify any payment for a refund. Cancelling your engagement stops future charges only.
Results & performance
We are hired to build, run, and continuously improve your advertising — not to guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, market, season, capacity, pricing, and the policies of the advertising platforms.
We will always give you our honest assessment of what is working, what is not, and what we recommend next — the same honesty you get on our strategy calls.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, and access to the ad accounts, website, booking system, and tracking tools we need to do the work. You confirm you hold the rights to any project photographs, brand assets, and offers you ask us to promote, and that your campaigns will comply with the advertising policies of Meta and Google.
Intellectual property
Campaign assets we create for you (creative, copy, and landing page work) are licensed for use in your campaigns for as long as we work together. Your ad accounts, customer data, and reservation or order data always remain yours.
Confidentiality & data
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver and improve your campaigns. Data collected through your campaigns (leads, reservations, orders) belongs to your business.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the management fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for actions of the advertising platforms, including account suspensions, policy changes, or restrictions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to work with us after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
